Can I tell you something? God loves you. He really loves you with all of his heart.
It is so important that we try to understand the fullness of God’s love for us. Even though we can never completely grasp it (Ephesians 3:19), we are called to do so to the extent that we can:
And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. Ephesians 3:18
God loves you for who you are.
You have done nothing to deserve his love. It is his gift to you, from the beginning:
He has saved us and called us to a holy life – not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, 2. Timothy 1:9
God doesn’t love you because you have proven yourself worthy of his love. You could serve him day and night, but God wouldn’t love you any more than he does right now. God’s love was before everything else since it is everlasting:
The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.“ Jeremiah 31:3
How comforting it is to know that God has always loved his people. There’s nothing you have done, or you could ever do to earn or lose his love (Romans 8:38). You are simply loved because he chose to love you. How wonderful is this truth!
Even when you were at the lowest point in your life, God was there. When you were covered by your sins, God loved you. When you didn’t feel worthy of love, he cherished you.
God proved his love for you on the cross.
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
God’s Son, Jesus Christ, died for you because he loves you so much. Jesus didn’t die to make God love you, but because he already loved his people. He demonstrated that on the cross.
Even though Jesus Christ is God’s own deeply loved son, he suffered. People persecuted, spit upon, and even hit him. When you encounter hardships and trials in this world, it’s not because God doesn’t love you. If you’re faced with painful circumstances right now, remember that even Jesus wasn’t spared from suffering.
God’s love is the reason why you love.
We love because he first loved us. 1. John 4:19
Only because God loved you first, are you able to love him, other people, and even love yourself. It is your response to his love. You need to have full confidence in God’s love for you, to pour out into others. Because you can only love others through the love God has for you, it is important to stay connected to the source of love, which is God.
God’s doors are always open for you.
God is a loving Father and what he wants is for you to be close to him at all times.
He wants you to draw near to him so that he can pour into you. God wants a deep and personal relationship with you, to restore and bless you.
That’s why we can freely come to him. There’s nothing to fear in his complete love for us.
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 1. John 4:18
God’s arms are always open for you. You can always come to him, no matter how far you’ve run.

Thank you❤️ For the beautiful message and reminder.💞
You’re welcome 🥰
Amen!
And this is such perfect timing! Just yesterday, the Holy Spirit led me to meditate on how much God loves us, particularly with Romans 8: 38-39:
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Praise the Lord!
Thank you for this reminder.
I am going to continue to meditate on God’s love for us today with awe and gratitude.
